I used to complain all the time once I woke up in the morning. It drained away my peace and poise for the rest of the day and it happened quite every day!
And guess what?
My whole day used to get wrapped up in the same tuning of complaints and unsettling attitude. Having an intention to change my old pattern of life took time and finally, I made it a point to avoid any type of complaint in my daily life.
