This is something that I used to do but of no help. Once I forced myself to stop thinking, the next moment again these toxic thoughts creep into my mind.

Taking care of your mind along with your health is a simple yet most important way to a clearer mental space.
You can easily practice self-care from anywhere without accommodating your busy life. Some of these practices are:
- Love yourself by showing more respect and value for yourself,
- Have the right food,
- Take your medicines,
- Drink ample water,
- Get enough sleep,
- Practice deep breathing,
- Have solo dates,
- Listen to soothing music,
These are a few self-care examples to name a few.
